ChillPoint Air Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (“ChillPoint”, “we”, “us”) operates the website painttrack.help and provides air-conditioning services throughout Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
1. Data We Collect
When you submit our booking form, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, service address or area, details about your air-conditioning units, and any notes you choose to share. Our website also records limited technical data — browser type, pages visited and approximate visit times — through cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
2. Why We Collect It
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations
- To schedule, perform and follow up on service visits
- To issue invoices, service reports and warranty documentation
- To maintain service history for units under maintenance contracts
- To improve our website and the way we communicate
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Legal Basis
We rely on your consent (given when you submit a form or contact us), the necessity of processing to perform a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and improving a small service business responsibly.
4. Sharing
Your data is shared only with the people who need it to serve you: our office staff and the technician assigned to your job. We may disclose data where required by Malaysian law or to professional advisers under confidentiality obligations. We do not transfer your personal data overseas in the ordinary course of business.
5. Retention
Enquiry data that does not lead to a job is deleted within 12 months. Customer records, invoices and service reports are retained for 7 years to meet tax and warranty obligations, then securely disposed of.
6. Security
Access to customer records is limited to authorised staff, protected by unique credentials. Paper job sheets are stored in a locked office and shredded when digitised. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and proportionate precautions.
7. Your Rights

8. Children
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
