This page explains how painttrack.help, run by ChillPoint Air Solutions Sdn. Bhd., uses cookies and similar browser storage. We keep it deliberately minimal — this is a service booking site, not an advertising platform.
What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text records a website asks your browser to keep, either for a single visit (session cookies) or across visits (persistent cookies). Related technologies such as localStorage store similar small values without an expiry. We use the word “cookies” for all of these below.
What We Actually Use
- Session cookie (PHPSESSID) — strictly necessary. Keeps your form session alive and carries the security token that protects the booking form against forged submissions. Deleted when you close the browser.
- Consent record (cp_consent) — strictly necessary. Remembers whether you accepted or rejected cookies, so we do not ask you on every page. Stored in your browser’s localStorage until you clear it.
That is the complete list. We currently run no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address as part of serving the font files but sets no cookies on this site.
Your Choices
When you first visit, a banner offers Accept and Reject. Because the two items above are required for the site to function, rejecting simply confirms that nothing optional will ever be set — and nothing optional exists today. You can reopen the banner at any time using the round cookie button in the lower-left corner of every page.
Clearing Cookies Yourself
Every modern browser lets you view and delete cookies and site data. Look under Settings → Privacy (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) or Preferences → Privacy (Safari). Deleting our data simply resets the consent banner on your next visit.
If We Add Cookies Later
Should we ever introduce analytics or other optional cookies, this page will list them by name, purpose and lifetime before they are used, and the consent banner will genuinely gate them.
