Our Story
Started With One Van and a Simple Promise
ChillPoint began in 2017 when two refrigeration technicians got tired of seeing customers overcharged for gas they did not need and “services” that amounted to a quick filter rinse. They bought a van, printed flat-rate price cards, and promised to explain every job in plain language before starting it.
Nine years on, that one van has become a small fleet running daily routes through Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, and the promise has not changed. We quote before we travel, we show you what we found, and we put a 90-day workmanship warranty on paper.
Today ChillPoint Air Solutions Sdn. Bhd. serves landed homes, condos, shops, cafes, clinics and offices — over twelve thousand units serviced and counting.

What You Can Expect From Every Visit
Certified Hands
Every technician holds refrigerant-handling certification and completes our in-house training on the brands Malaysians actually own.
Stocked Vans
Capacitors, fan motors, remotes, R32 and R410A on board — most repairs finish in one visit instead of two.
Clean Sites
Floor sheets down before tools come out. We bag the grime, wipe the walls and leave the room as we found it — but colder.
Straight Answers
If a fifteen-year-old unit is not worth another repair, we say so and show the maths. No upselling, no ghost problems.
Standards
Small Company, Serious Standards
We calibrate our gauges, torque wrenches and vacuum pumps on a schedule, log refrigerant use per job, and photograph before-and-after on chemical washes so you can see the difference. Installation work follows manufacturer clearances and piping limits — because a correct install is the cheapest maintenance plan there is.
