How often should I service my aircon in Malaysia?
For homes, every 3–4 months keeps coils clean and power bills sane in our climate. Shops, cafes and offices with long running hours should service every 2–3 months. If a unit smells musty or cooling has weakened, do not wait for the schedule.
What is the difference between normal servicing and a chemical wash?
Normal servicing covers filter and cover cleaning, coil rinsing, drain flushing and a performance check. A chemical wash goes much deeper: we dismantle the unit and treat the evaporator coil, blower wheel and drain pan with a cleaning agent to remove years of biofilm and grime. Units that drip or smell usually need the chemical option.
Do you charge for transport or inspection?
No. Travel anywhere in KL and Selangor is included in our flat rates. If you accept our repair quote, the diagnosis fee is absorbed into the job as well.
Which aircon brands do you work on?
All major brands sold in Malaysia — Daikin, Panasonic, Acson, York, Midea, Hisense, Sharp, Samsung, LG, Mitsubishi and more. Our vans stock common capacitors, fan motors and remotes for the popular models.
How long does an installation take?
A single wall-mounted unit with straightforward piping is typically done in 2–3 hours, including vacuuming and commissioning. Multi-split systems or long piping runs can take a full day. We confirm the estimate when we quote.
Is topping up gas every year normal?
No — refrigerant does not get “used up”. If a unit needs regular top-ups, there is a leak. We pressure-test, find and fix the leak first, so you stop paying for the same gas twice.
Do you offer maintenance contracts for offices?
Yes. We run quarterly and bi-monthly maintenance schedules for offices, clinics, cafes and retail units, with priority breakdown response and consolidated invoicing. Ask for a site visit and we will put a package together.
