What Your Installation Includes

• Sizing advice — we check room size, sun exposure and usage before recommending horsepower, so you never pay for cooling you cannot use.
• Neat piping and trunking — insulated copper pairs in colour-matched trunking, routed cleanly along walls, with wall penetrations sealed against rain and pests.
• Proper drainage — condensate lines laid with continuous fall or fitted with a pump where gravity cannot help. No dripping walls six months later.
• Deep vacuum, not purge — we pull vacuum to below 500 microns before releasing refrigerant, protecting the compressor from moisture damage.
• Commissioning report — superheat, supply air temperature and running current recorded and handed to you with the invoice.
• Old unit disposal — for replacements, we recover the refrigerant responsibly and take the old unit away if you want it gone.

Replacing an Old Unit?

Bring the horsepower question to us before you buy. Newer R32 inverter units often cool the same room with one size smaller than a 2010-era unit — and if your existing piping is reusable, we will flush and pressure-test it rather than charging you for new copper you do not need.
